Due to the custom nature of our items there are no returns or cancellations on most items. If it is sellers fault, (i.e. wrong color shirt sent, not the size you ordered), Prints by Prempeh will work with you to correct our mistake.Please keep in mind that colors and mockups can vary based on screen resolution.If there is an issue with your item please contact the shop within 3 days of delivery to discuss a resolution to the matter.Due to the nature of handmade items there might be sight imperfections in designs, Additionally, no two items will be exactly the same.Prints by Prempeh stand behind everything we sell and your satisfaction is our top priority. We ship via USPS and UPS. You will automatically be provided with a tracking number when your item ships.Turn around time is currently 2-3 weeks. This is processing time. There will also be another 3-5 days for shipping time. Shipping times will vary depending on the current status of the shipper and the option chosen by the customer. If you need an item by a certain time please reach out to the shop prior to ordering to ensure it can be processed in the time needed. Prints by Prempeh is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are turned over to the shipping carrier. Priority/UPS is available at an additional cost which includes insurance.

Porch pickup is a service that is offered to our customers. An email notification will be sent to the email on file when items are available for pick up. Please pick up your items in a timely manner. Once items have been placed in the pick up box Prints by Prempeh is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We will make sure to package your items up safely, but items left for porch pick up will not be guaranteed from damage from the elements. Prints by Prempeh reserves the right to suspend pick up service if a customer does not pick up item in a timely manner or if a customer requests additional accommodations outside of the scope of pick up service.
